Consultancy
We were engaged to provide engineering consultancy across multiple scopes — including lifting plan validation, steel structure review, and equipment assessment for port and oil & gas operations. Our approach begins with understanding site conditions, followed by delivering precise, compliant, and practical engineering solutions tailored to the client's operational environment.

Equipment &
Spare Parts
For this project, our focus was to supply and support critical equipment and spare parts. We started by identifying the exact specifications required on-site, then sourced Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts — including mechanical and hydraulic components, lifting and rigging equipment, as well as plastic and rubber solutions — to ensure compatibility, performance, and long-term reliability.
03 Project
Service, Maintenance & Repair
This project focused on restoring critical crane functionality through a full maintenance and repair scope. We began by assessing the site condition and developing a structured work sequence — covering brake overhauls, hydraulic servicing, gearbox component replacements, and commissioning tasks. Among the key scopes were: overhaul of trolley and hoist brakes, oil seal replacements, hydraulic power pack servicing, cable reel torque unit work (Cavotec Specimas), and full festoon cable installation for quay crane operations.

Steel Structure Fabrication,
Modification & Repair
This project was centered on precision steel structure fabrication, modification, and repair. After an initial site inspection to assess existing conditions, we progressed with designing and implementing jigs & fixtures to ensure assembly accuracy and welding quality. Major tasks included: Steel structure fabrication — cutting, welding, finishing Structural modifications based on client requirements Repair of damaged sections Custom jigs & fixtures — for alignment, welding tolerances & repeatable quality control
